Are you passionate about CRM technology and improving the way businesses manage customer relationships? In this role, you’ll help shape and enhance a Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM environment, ensuring that technology supports business needs and drives efficient processes. Working closely with internal stakeholders, you’ll analyse requirements, develop practical solutions and support the implementation of CRM improvements across the organisation. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys combining consulting, business process optimisation and technology while helping users get the most out of their CRM systems.

Your responsibilities:

• Advise internal business teams on CRM processes, helping introduce new solutions and continuously improve existing functionality within Microsoft Dynamics 365.
• Contribute to the ongoing development and optimisation of the organisation’s CRM platform.
• Act as a trusted point of contact for CRM-related questions, providing guidance, support and training to end users.
• Gather and assess business requirements, identify opportunities for improvement and translate them into practical solution concepts.
• Support the internal rollout of tailored CRM applications and ensure that new functionality is implemented effectively.
• Work with stakeholders to translate business processes into suitable IT solutions, ensuring that the CRM system meets operational requirements.

Your profile:

• A degree in IT, Business Administration, Business Informatics or a comparable qualification gained through relevant training or professional experience.
• Hands-on knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement, particularly its Sales functionality.
• A good understanding of customer-focused business processes and CRM principles.
• Experience translating business requirements into technical solutions or implementing and improving business processes.
• Strong analytical and organisational skills, with an independent and structured approach to your work.
• Fluent German and English language skills.
• A collaborative mindset and the ability to communicate effectively with both technical teams and business stakeholders.
