We’re working with a leading global consulting firm looking for an experienced SAP Manager / Senior SAP Manager specialising in Insurance to join its growing SAP practice.
You’ll work with international insurance and reinsurance clients on complex SAP transformations, from strategy and solution design through to implementation and rollout.
Your Responsibilities:
- Advise insurance and reinsurance clients on SAP transformation programmes
- Design solutions across SAP S/4HANA, SAP (Re)Insurance, IT architecture and reporting
- Lead end-to-end SAP transformation and implementation projects
- Translate complex business requirements into practical SAP solutions
- Support business development, including client proposals and new project opportunities
- Lead project teams and build strong relationships with senior stakeholders
- Identify opportunities to use AI and emerging technologies to drive transformation and operational value
Your Profile:
- Several years of experience in SAP consulting or a similar client-facing role
- Strong experience with SAP solutions within insurance or reinsurance
- Good understanding of insurance business processes and value chains
- Experience leading SAP transformation or implementation projects
- Strong communication, presentation and stakeholder management skills
- Commercial mindset with experience contributing to proposals or business development
- University degree in Business, Economics, Business Informatics, Mathematics or a related field
- Fluent German and English
