Wir suchen aktuell einen erfahrenen SAP S/4HANA FI/CO Consultant (m/w/d), der ein großes Unternehmen in Deutschland bei einem umfangreichen SAP-Transformationsprogramm unterstützt.
Du wirst Teil eines etablierten SAP-Teams und übernimmst eine wichtige Rolle bei der Einführung und Weiterentwicklung einer neuen SAP S/4HANA-Umgebung, mit einem besonderen Fokus auf Finance und Controlling.
Die Position bietet Dir die Möglichkeit, das Transformationsprogramm von der Implementierung über den Go-Live hinaus zu begleiten und anschließend Verantwortung für die kontinuierliche Weiterentwicklung der SAP-Finance-Landschaft zu übernehmen.
Deine Aufgaben
In enger Zusammenarbeit mit internen Fachbereichen, SAP-Spezialisten und externen Implementierungspartnern gehören folgende Aufgaben zu Deinem Verantwortungsbereich:
- Unterstützung bei der Implementierung und Weiterentwicklung von SAP S/4HANA FI/CO
- Durchführung und Teilnahme an Workshops mit Stakeholdern aus Finance und Controlling
- Analyse bestehender Prozesse und Übersetzung von Business-Anforderungen in SAP-Lösungen
- Konfiguration und Optimierung von SAP FI/CO-Funktionalitäten
- Mitwirkung bei der Entwicklung ganzheitlicher Finance- und Controlling-Lösungen
- Unterstützung bei der Integration von SAP mit weiteren Geschäftssystemen
- Mitarbeit an SAP Fiori-Anwendungen und der Umsetzung von User-Anforderungen
- Unterstützung bei Datenmigration, Testing und Cutover
- Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Implementierungspartnern und internen SAP-Teams während des gesamten Programms
- Analyse und Behebung funktionaler Probleme sowie kontinuierliche Optimierung
- Übernahme der Verantwortung für den laufenden Betrieb und die Weiterentwicklung der SAP-Finance-Umgebung nach dem Go-Live
Dein Profil
Du bringst idealerweise Folgendes mit:
- Mehrjährige Erfahrung im Bereich SAP FI/CO
- Fundierte Erfahrung mit SAP S/4HANA Finance
- Gute Kenntnisse in der Konfiguration und Funktionalität von FI und/oder CO
- Sehr gutes Verständnis von Finance- und Controlling-Prozessen
- Erfahrung in SAP-Implementierungs-, Migrations- oder Transformationsprojekten
- Erfahrung in der Anforderungsanalyse und der direkten Zusammenarbeit mit Fachbereichen
- Gutes Verständnis der Integration von Finance mit anderen SAP-Modulen
- Ausgeprägte Kommunikations- und Stakeholder-Management-Fähigkeiten
- Fließende Deutschkenntnisse
Du musst nicht in allen oben genannten Technologien Erfahrung haben. Besonders interessant sind Kandidaten mit einer starken SAP FI/CO-Basis und Erfahrung in modernen S/4HANA-Umgebungen.
Dich erwartet die Möglichkeit, Teil einer großen SAP-Transformation zu werden und diese in einer entscheidenden Phase aktiv mitzugestalten.
