We’re looking for an experienced SAP FICO Consultant to join the SAP team of a leading global manufacturing company in Hamburg. With an evolving SAP S/4HANA transformation programme underway, this is an excellent opportunity to play a key role in shaping the future finance and controlling landscape across an international organisation.
You’ll work across a broad range of SAP FICO projects, process improvements, integrations and business initiatives, partnering closely with Finance, Controlling, IT and business stakeholders across the organisation.
Your Role:
- Play a key role in the SAP S/4HANA transformation, helping design and implement future Finance & Controlling processes.
- Deliver SAP FICO projects, enhancements and rollouts from requirements gathering through to go-live.
- Analyse and optimise end-to-end financial and controlling processes, including accounting, reporting, closing and management accounting.
- Work closely with Finance and business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into effective SAP solutions.
- Support SAP configuration, testing, integration and continuous improvement across the FICO landscape.
- Contribute to the integration of SAP Finance with other key areas including MM, SD, Procurement and Supply Chain.
- Collaborate with internal IT teams, international business units and external SAP implementation partners.
- Help shape and continuously improve the company’s future global SAP template and finance processes.
Your Profile:
- Several years of professional experience working as an SAP FICO Consultant.
- Strong knowledge of SAP FI and CO processes and configuration.
- Experience working with SAP S/4HANA is highly desirable.
- Experience delivering SAP projects, rollouts, enhancements or transformation programmes.
- Comfortable working directly with business stakeholders and translating business requirements into SAP solutions.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a hands-on approach.
- Fluent German and English.
