We’re working with a leading global consulting firm looking for an experienced SAP S/4HANA Program Manager to lead complex, international transformation programmes.
You’ll work closely with senior client stakeholders and large delivery teams, taking responsibility for the successful delivery of major SAP S/4HANA programmes from initial planning through to rollout and completion.
Your Responsibilities:
- Take overall responsibility for large-scale SAP S/4HANA programmes across the full project lifecycle
- Manage scope, timelines, budgets, quality, risks and dependencies across complex transformation and global rollout projects
- Act as a trusted advisor to C-Level stakeholders, programme sponsors and steering committees
- Lead international delivery teams and provide coaching and mentoring to Project Managers and Consultants
- Manage stakeholder expectations, escalations and critical programme decisions
- Support the development of SAP delivery standards, methodologies and AI-enabled transformation approaches
- Contribute to business development, including proposals and client engagements
Your Profile:
- Several years of experience as an SAP Project Manager, Program Manager or Program Lead
- Proven experience managing complex SAP transformation programmes, including at least one complete SAP S/4HANA end-to-end implementation
- Strong expertise in at least one SAP core area, such as Finance, Supply Chain, Logistics, Sales, HR or Manufacturing
- Excellent leadership, consulting and stakeholder management skills, with confidence working at C-Level
- Strong understanding of programme financials, KPIs, commercial considerations and contract management
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to manage complex situations, resolve conflicts and lead teams through challenging transformations
- Fluent German and English
- Willingness to travel internationally depending on project requirements
