Terms & Conditions
Last updated: 2026
1. About Our Service
The Service provides satellite-derived land and property movement analytics based exclusively on historic satellite data. Reports show past ground surface movement at and around the area you select.
The Service does not:
- inspect your home or land physically
- analyse internal structural components
- diagnose structural issues
- predict future movement
- provide engineering or surveying advice
Our reports are analytical tools only and may assist your own investigations, but they are not a substitute for a professional structural or geotechnical survey.
2. Ordering a Report
To order a report, you must:
- Locate your property on our map
- Draw a bounding box around the area you wish analysed
- Pay the fee displayed at checkout
- Confirm your email address for delivery
Reports are delivered via email in PDF format within two (2) business days after successful payment, except where there are technical or data-availability delays, in which case we will notify you promptly.
3. Pricing & Property Size Surcharges
Pricing is based on:
- the time period selected
- the geographic size of the chosen area
- additional fees for larger sites
Full pricing information is displayed before checkout. All prices include VAT where applicable.
4. Accuracy & Limitations
While our analysis is based on internationally recognised satellite data sources and established geospatial methods, you acknowledge and agree that:
- All results are derived from remote sensing data, not on-site inspection.
- Certain locations (dense forests, extreme weather areas, steep terrain, or buildings with minimal satellite visibility) may produce lower-confidence results.
- Data availability varies by geography and historic satellite coverage.
- The report reflects past surface movement only; it cannot predict future ground behaviour.
Accordingly, we make no warranty that:
- your property is safe, stable, or free from subsidence
- your property will not experience future movement
- insurers, surveyors, lenders, or government bodies will accept the report as evidence
These limitations are essential conditions of the Service.
5. Use of Reports
Reports are provided for personal, non-commercial use unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Reports must not be represented as:
- a structural engineering assessment
- a legal certification
- a compliance document
- insurance-grade evidence
We accept no responsibility for decisions made solely or partly based on our reports.
6. Refund Policy
Because the analysis begins immediately after payment and uses custom satellite processing:
- All sales are final.
- No refunds will be issued once processing has begun.
If:
- you drew the boundary incorrectly, or
- selected the wrong property
…you must place a new order.
We may offer a goodwill discount in exceptional cases, at our discretion.
If we are unable to complete your report due to data unavailability, you will receive a full refund.
7. Delivery
Reports are delivered electronically.
You are responsible for providing a correct and accessible email address.
We are not responsible for:
- emails blocked by spam filters
- incorrect email addresses entered by customers
8. Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
- We exclude all implied warranties, including fitness for purpose.
- We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, including loss of property value, loss of opportunity, or legal or insurance outcomes.
- Our total liability for any claim relating to your order is strictly limited to the amount you paid for that order.
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for:
- death or personal injury caused by gross negligence
- fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation
- any statutory rights under EU consumer law
9. Data Protection (GDPR)
We process personal data in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (“GDPR”).
We store:
- your email
- your bounding box coordinates
- your order and payment metadata (payment processing handled by Stripe)
We do not store or process payment card details.

10. Intellectual Property

11. Governing Law

- Ireland (if purchased from EU)
- England & Wales (if purchased from UK)

Refund Policy
Last updated: [insert date]
Because each report is generated using custom satellite analysis immediately after payment, all orders are processed individually and cannot be reused or resold.
To ensure fairness and transparency, our refund rules are as follows:
1. All Sales Are Final
Once you place an order and payment is processed, the analysis begins immediately.
Therefore:
- We cannot offer refunds once processing has begun.
This applies even if:
- you drew the wrong boundary
- you selected the wrong property
- you changed your mind
- you no longer need the report
Incorrect boundary selections require placing a new order.
2. When Refunds Are Provided
We will issue a full refund if:
- (a) We are unable to complete your report due to system or data failure
- (b) We mistakenly processed the wrong area due to a system error
- (c) We cancel your order manually before processing begins
If you contact us immediately after payment and processing has not started, we will try to cancel your order — but this is not guaranteed.
3. Processing Time
Approved refunds are processed within 7–14 days, depending on Stripe and your bank.
4. Chargebacks
Please contact us before initiating a chargeback.
We provide clear evidence to Stripe that:
- the service is digital
- custom processing began
- the product was delivered (or attempted)
Fraudulent chargebacks may result in account restrictions.
5. Contact
To request cancellation (before processing begins) or to report an issue:
Email: support@[yourdomain].com
We respond within 1 business day.
