We are currently partnering with a well-established company in Hamburg to recruit an SAP CRM Developer. This is a fantastic opportunity to join an agile, international environment and work on business-critical SAP CRM processes within a modern technical landscape.

You will play a key role in developing and enhancing SAP CRM functionality, while helping to ensure that related systems and business processes operate in a reliable, sustainable, and efficient way.

Your Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement new features within the SAP CRM environment

• Work primarily with ABAP OO and support technical design activities

• Help ensure the stability, functionality, and long-term sustainability of SAP-based business processes

• Collaborate closely with consultants, developers, engineers, and product stakeholders within an agile setup

• Contribute ideas and technical input to help shape solutions and continuous improvements

• SAP CRM 7.0 EHP 4

• S/4HANA

• SAP PO

• CPI

• SAP BTP

Your Profile:

• Completed IT training, a degree in (business) informatics, or a comparable qualification

• At least 2–3 years of experience in development with ABAP OO

• Good knowledge of SAP CRM processes and data structures

• Understanding of SAP standard processes, as well as complex integrated workflows and interfaces

• Fluent English (No German required)

Working Conditions:

• 37.5 hours per week

• 60% home office, with additional flexibility possible

• Salary of €50,000 – €74,000

• 30 days of holiday, plus the possibility of up to 12 flexi days
