We are currently partnering with a well-established international business to recruit an Expert SAP CRM Inhouse Consultant. This is a fantastic opportunity to join an agile and forward-thinking environment, where you will play a key role in shaping and enhancing SAP CRM processes within a modern and highly business-critical systems landscape.

In this position, you will focus on business partner and login processes, contribute to SAP implementation and transformation projects, and help drive the continuous improvement of innovative solutions in a product-focused environment.

Your Responsibilities

  • Work on complex SAP implementation and change projects

  • Analyse, design, and optimise business partner and login processes within SAP CRM

  • Take ownership of customising and coordinate ongoing system enhancements, including international backend rollouts

  • Support business stakeholders in making the most effective use of the SAP CRM system

  • Gather and analyse requirements, develop suitable solutions, and advise on efficient process implementation

  • Train and support key users

  • Drive the ongoing optimisation and development of the SAP CRM landscape in line with business needs

Your Profile

  • Degree in business informatics or a comparable qualification with relevant professional experience

  • At least 3–5 years of SAP experience

  • Strong understanding of technical processes within SAP CRM or ERP

  • Proven experience in designing and implementing solutions in SAP CRM or ERP

  • Fluent German and English

Working Conditions

  • 37.5 hours per week

  • 60% home office, with additional flexibility possible

  • Salary of €70,000 – €94,000

  • 30 days of holiday, plus the possibility of up to 12 flexi days
