Discover are seeking an In-House SAP BW SAC Consultant to join a growing team based north of Hamburg. This position offers the opportunity to work on national and international SAP BW projects, supporting the design, implementation, and optimisation of advanced data warehouse and analytics solutions.

You will work closely with internal stakeholders, project teams, and external partners to deliver modern BI/BW solutions across SAP and non-SAP environments.

Responsibilities

• Participate in interdisciplinary project teams supporting national and international clients.

• Analyse business requirements and contribute to the design and implementation of complex data warehouse solutions based on SAP BW on HANA.

• Develop and implement analytical applications using SAP Analytics Cloud and SAP BusinessObjects.

• Define and implement solution strategies to optimise business processes within Business Intelligence and Analytics environments.

• Support internal stakeholders with data analytics solutions across SAP and non-SAP platforms.

• Independently develop concepts and technical solutions in close collaboration with internal departments, development teams, and external service providers.

• Take on responsibilities as a team member or (sub-)project manager in local and international projects.

• Maintain, support, and continuously improve existing SAP BI solutions and related systems.

Skills & Experience Required 

• Completed university degree in Business Informatics, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a comparable qualification.

• Proven experience working with SAP BW, SAP BW/4HANA, SAP Analytics Cloud, or comparable BI solutions.

• Experience working in project environments, ideally within cross-functional teams.

• Strong communication, moderation, and stakeholder management skills.

• Fluent German and good English language skills, both written and spoken.

• Customer- and service-oriented mindset with a high level of initiative and independent working style.

• Willingness to undertake occasional business travel.
