The Role
We are looking for a Director to play a key role in the growth of Discover Recruitment. In this position, you will operate as a senior, hands-on recruiter with responsibilities similar to a Principal Recruitment Consultant, combining business development, client management, candidate delivery, and market ownership.

This is a high-impact role suited to someone who enjoys building relationships, driving revenue, and helping shape a growing business from an early stage.

Key Responsibilities

• Build, develop, and manage client relationships across SAP and Technology markets

• Win new business and grow existing accounts across permanent and freelance/contract recruitment

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from role qualification through to offer management and placement

• Source, engage, and represent high-quality SAP and technology professionals

• Develop strong market knowledge across your specialist area and geography

• Act as a trusted advisor to both clients and candidates

• Support the growth of the Discover Recruitment brand through market insight, networking, and business development activity

• Contribute to recruitment strategy, process improvement, and the wider growth of the business

• Maintain a high standard of delivery, professionalism, and relationship management

What We’re Looking For

• Strong experience in agency recruitment, ideally within SAP, Technology, or other specialist markets

• Proven track record in business development and revenue generation

• Experience managing permanent and/or freelance/contract recruitment processes

• Strong client-facing and candidate management skills

• Commercial mindset with the ability to work independently in a start-up environment

• Confidence to take ownership of your market and build long-term partnerships

• High levels of motivation, resilience, and professionalism

• Interest in helping shape and grow a specialist recruitment business
