SAP FICO Consultant – FI/CO 

We are supporting a creative, internationally active business in the search for a new colleague to join as an in-house SAP FICO Consultant.

This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys combining hands-on SAP expertise with process improvement, cross-functional collaboration, and project work in a dynamic environment. You will play a key role in maintaining and developing SAP systems across both German and international locations, while also gaining exposure to a broad range of modules and tools.

What you can expect in the role:
• Supporting and further developing SAP systems with a core focus on Finance & Controlling (FICO)
• Working across additional modules and tools such as PS, SD, MM, HCM, SAP Analytics Cloud, SAP Concur and more
• Taking ownership of smaller projects and supporting initiatives from analysis through to implementation
• Optimising business processes and applying your customising expertise to deliver practical solutions
• Supporting internal stakeholders with a hands-on, solution-focused approach
• Preparing documentation, coordinating acceptance testing, and working closely with external consultants
• Contributing to the development of smart, scalable solutions for business-critical processes

What we’re looking for:
• At least 3 years of SAP experience, with strong knowledge of FI/CO
• Experience in design, implementation, and customisation
• Familiarity with project management methods
• A proactive mindset and interest in working beyond your core specialism
• Strong communication skills, a structured way of working, and a collaborative, service-oriented approach
• Fluent German and good English
